Animation is Strange developer Dontnod has a whopping six games in production. That comes straight from CEO Oskar Guilbert, who recently Sat John L. H. Down with GamesBeat to talk over the company's expansion, creative identity, and latest person-publicised sackin – psychological thriller Twin Mirror.

Dontnod is champion known for its communicative-driven adventure games that mix YA drama with spiritual thrills. The episodic Lifespan is Funny was undoubtedly its big break, though it's since gone from specialty to military strength with the series' second mollify and the recently released Differentiate Me Why, which some launched to faultfinding plaudit.

Having recently declared a raw studio in Montreal, Dontnod has quickly become one of the to the highest degree prolific creators of story games around, and its rise to popularity in the space has naturally drawn comparisons to the story of Telltale, which was bought out of bankruptcy last year. "We learned from sightedness [Telltale], and we know it is important to renew the mechanics, the look and feel of our games, and not but change the narrative," said Guilbert, who teased the hypothesis of another Dontnod-flavoured action-RPG, following 2018's Vampyr. Notably, it's too interested in exploring "mutual fiction," which could stingy a video and stake hybrid.
